We offer a range of extended warranties on major mechanical components so it can set your mind at ease when there is a large expense for major mechanical work. With an extended parts and labour warranty it means that in the unlikely event of a failure, you are protected from additional unforeseen expenses such as re-installation.

You may choose from six levels of cover :
1. SILVER – 6 months parts only
2. SILVER PLUS – 6 months parts and labour warranty
3. GOLD – 12 months parts only
4. GOLD PLUS – 12 months parts and labour warranty
5. PLATINUM – 24 months parts only
6. PLATINUM PLUS – 24 months parts and labour warranty
We will cover the supply, repair, replacement and fitment of any failed Covered Component provided the following conditions have been met:
In the event of a claim it is at our absolute discretion to determine the most appropriate means of carrying out the necessary repairs to a covered component at a repairer of our choosing.
You must service the covered component in line with manufacturer’s specification unless indicated otherwise in your purchase document. Service costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the event of a claim we may request proof of service history.
This warranty is not transferable.
You may cancel this warranty within seven (7) days of purchase of this extended warranty. In the event of a cancellation we will refund in accordance with Federal and State Legislation less a cancellation and administration fee of 15% of the warranty fee charged. We will not refund any part of the premium if notification of cancellation is received after seven (7) days of purchase or if you have made a claim.
If you feel you have a failure of the warranted component you must cease to use the vehicle immediately to avoid further damage and notify our claims officer on 13 88 00 or email us on warranty@asv.com.au or click here to claim online. Our claims officer will direct you on the course of action.

This warranty plan specifically excludes the following:
1.1 Consequential loss or damage to any covered component damaged as a result of failure of a non-covered component.
1.2 Damage to the covered component as a result of abuse, neglect, lack of specified service, incorrect fitment, fitment of non original or aftermarket parts.
1.3 Damage caused by overheating, lack of oil or lubricants, lack of coolant or other fluids, water or fluid leaks, fuel leaks, or the incorrect grade or use of oils, lubricants or additives.
1.4 Damage that may have arisen from the fitment of any aftermarket accessory or item that may have impacted on the performance quality of the covered component.
1.5 Damage that may have been caused directly or indirectly as a result of the vehicle being used for towing, racing or heavy cartage.
1.6 Any loss arising directly or indirectly as a result of a motor vehicle accident, burglary, theft, fire or natural disaster.
1.7 Any warranty repairs carried out without prior approval or the supply of a Repair Authorisation number.
1.1 Wiring looms and wiring harness assemblies are not covered under this warranty.
1.2 Towing fees are not covered under this warranty.
1.3 Influx or ingress of any foreign materials such as water, dirt, dust, debris, corrosive matter are not covered under this warranty.
1.4 All serviceable items not specifically mentioned on the invoice as being included are not covered under this warranty.
Consequential loss or damage, inconvenience, replacement vehicle costs, travel costs, accommodation costs, financial loss are not covered by this warranty.
This extended warranty must be registered within 28 days of purchase.
